Having already designed a successful elementary school campus for this client in 2005, we had an opportunity in 2016 to reprise our role in developing a cost-effective and highly functional elementary school campus. Modeled closely from our previous effort, we were able to reduce development costs significantly. Modular construction was also employed to shrink construction timelines and keep costs in check. Opened in 2018, the school now serves over 400 children across 10 acres in the community of Greenfield, CA.
