This project consisted of the design and construction of a new two-story modular classroom and administration building that seamlessly integrates with the campus’s historic Mission-style architectural character. The facility includes 16 general education classrooms, six fully equipped science classrooms, student and staff restrooms, and administrative offices, creating a comprehensive academic environment to support the school’s growing enrollment. The project also introduced a new main campus entry sequence, enhancing campus identity, accessibility, security, and circulation. Careful attention was given to architectural detailing, material selection, and building massing to ensure the new modular structure complements the existing campus while providing modern, flexible educational spaces that meet current instructional needs.
